I went to London last weekend and I discovered two restaurants that sell healthy food and I’m delighted to share it with you if you’re interested keep on reading:)

Chia cha roll is a newly open spot in Soho, that serve Asian flavoured roll to sushi burritos. Chacha roll is the perfect place to go to for a full meal or quick snacks. Each roll are make fresh after order, with natural ingredients and more importantly with an affordable price.

I was pleasantly surprised by my siam peanut chicken roll. The amount you get in a sushi roll is amazing, as you can see from the picture, the roll is rolled with a thin layer of rice including the marinated chicken breast. The roll is also packed with a lot of healthy vegetables such as carrot, red onion, purple cabbage, round lettuce, coriander, and shallot, dressed with peanut butter sauce. This roll can fulfill a balanced meal that contains carbohydrates, proteins, and fiber. I totally can’t wait to try the other offerings.

Rolls are priced from £5.50- £6.20.

There are many other options available such as soft shell crab, duck, prawn, salmon, etc, and each is topped with a range of vegetables. All the roll are topped with a specially made sauce, which makes each roll so unique. If a rolls still doesn’t fulfil your stomach, there are also larger portions of bowls that served with rice.

Bowls are priced from £5.90- £12.00.

Nowadays being a vegan or vegetarian is a popular food philosophy, people may practice them for a reason, such as health, ethics, environmentalism, and religion. Vegan or vegetarian food is something new to me, I never had a full meal with only vegetables until I went to by CHLOE. in London. by CHLOE. is a vegan fast food restaurant that aims to share delicious plant-based food and energizes without compromising flavor or taste. Personally, I thought vegan or vegetarian food is just plain vegetables with no flavor, but OMG, I was completely shocked when I saw the menu. There are so many options available such as vegan burgers, vegan pancakes, paster, etc. The price for by CHLOE isn’t expensive as well, it is around £10-20 per person.

The first time I went, I ordered The guac burger, smoothie bowl, air-bake sweet potato fries to share. and my friend ordered quinoa salad, sticky toffee pudding, and a matcha latte. The guac burger is one of my faves out of this meal, the bun is made from whole grain, inside the bun, instead of beef patty it filled with the tempeh-lentil-chia-walnut patty, and this is so delicious and the patty actually triggers my mind that I’m eating a beef burger. I absolutely in love with this place!

I actually went to by CHLOE. twice, this time I had kyle caesar salad, mac and chess alone with fresh coconut juice. Personally, I don’t like the tests of fresh kyle, however, this kyle salad surprised me. The salad also includes romaine, avocado, the shiitake bacon, and Caesar dressing, all these flavours added together helped me to overcome the tests the fresh kyle, and I really enjoyed it. The mac and chess are also a must try in by CHLOE. this is because the sauces are so special, the sauces are made of sweet potato- cashew cheese sauce, which made it such a unique tests.
