The VICTORIA SECRET workout and diet tips form Romee Strijd

The world’s most well-known catwalk event ‘The Victoria’s Secret Fashion show” that can only be described as a stunning lingerie extravaganza. I’m pretty sure the VS model is the goal for many girls.

There isn’t any direct diet or workout plan for all VS model to follow with, all VS models have there owned work-out and diet plan. Romee Strijd is a VS model, who walked the show loads of times. She also has her own YouTube Channel talking about her daily routine, what she eats and her fitness workout. I believe Romee’s workout and lifestyle is a great example to follow if you are working on a body like her. So without further ado, here is a sum up VS diet plan based on Romee’s YouTube channel and some online articles about her routine.

ROMEE’S DAILY MORNING ROUTINE

To start off the morning, Romee normally has a cup of hot water with lemon and ginger or apple cider vinegar. After a cup of hot lemon water, Romee then eats a nutritious breakfast. The typical Romee breakfast is all over her youtube channel, she opts for something filling like overnight oatmeal with almonds, blueberries, protein powder, or a dollop of peanut butter. Along with a cup of black coffee.

ROMEE’S DIET

Romee enjoys eating a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and uses these ingredients to create delicious meals.

For protein, chicken and fish are her favourite choices. They’re relatively low calorie and can be incorporated into almost any dish you want. Nuts, grains, legumes, and vegetables all contain plenty of protein and Romee relies on these to help her cut back on her meat intake.

For a healthy snack, Romee often brings rice cakes with peanut butter. For an added punch of deliciousness, she often tops the treat with a banana.

The key to staying healthy and maintaining that great figure is avoiding processed foods and junk food. That doesn’t mean you can’t go out and enjoy dinner at a nice restaurant. It just means you need to be a bit more selective on the choices of food you want to eat.

ROMEE’S WORKOUT ROUTINE

In addition to eating right, Romee also workout on a regular basis. According to Romee, she suggested beginning with a quick 30-minute cardio workout as a warm-up. She says going on a treadmill, run 15 minutes and 15 minutes incline to walk. That will make you sweat, and you will feel energised. Just doing cardio won’t help you get toned. Cardio is great and it will help you lose extra body fat but if your goal is to get lean and toned, bodyweight resistance training is the key.

And here’s how Romee trains her abs and lower body. It is available on her YouTube trannel:)
